Oooh am I the first review? Excellent.
I had Ball and Biscuit cater my wedding on a good feeling. I am from Chicago and had my wedding in Wisconsin. So I knew I wasn’t going to make any tastings. I chose Ball and Biscuit because they are a small business that seemed to share alot of my same values.
I was not disappointed. I will admit I chose commercial beef after hearing the prices for grassfed but we all do what we can.
Maria is willing to work with people to get them what they want and can afford. She even got my vegan wedding cake from my local vegan baker and brought it to the site. That was very very nice!
And the food? It got rave reviews from my friends.

Maria and Daniel are an amazing team! They catered our wedding last weekend and it was absolutely perfect. I initial was attracted to Ball n’ Biscuit because they are an independent business and seemed to share the same vibe we had. After our first tasting, I was sold. My husband, a chef, was very particular about the food, as you can imagine. He also fell in love with the home-style cooking of this awesome duo. Ball n’ Biscuit ended up being so much more than a caterer. They were also able to get vintage plate rentals for me and really helped the vintage theme come through. They recomended a day-of-coordinator that kept my stress level down and made sure everything ran smoothly. Between these two vendors the event was perfect. They were able to cook in a venue without a kitchen and made the most delicious pies! I can’t rave about Ball n’ Biscuit enough. Hire them now before they book up!

Ball n biscuit did our wedding in April. We couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect. They were so welcoming and accommodating from the beginning. We gave them our budget and they helped us to stay in it. They did a Mexican themed dinner and it was to die for. Everyone from our wedding is still raving about the tacos. The staff were efficient and so helpful and Daniel and Maria made sure the day was perfect to the very end. We even rented the beautiful vintage linens. Highly recommended! Can’t wait for any opportunity to have their food again. Hire them immediately. You will not be disappointed!!
