We have a couple of set menus for you to choose from. This is to help make your decisions easier for those who have a set budget or are just overwhelmed by the idea of what to put together. As always, our regular menu is always available for you to make your own selection. These menus are made to help you to make an easier and economical decision. Some menu items may be substituted. you may add to any of these as well, usually at about $2.00 pp per item.
****Vintage Rentals are not included with package menus. You may still rent them at their cost.
****Most beef and fish Items are extra cost to packaged meals.
****Family style will require more servers (2 servers for every 4 tables) More servers will be considered as an add on.

Drop Off/ Pick up-We understand that not everyone has a lavish budget for their wedding reception, so we have another option for you. Each menu is prepared and delivered so that your friends and family can help to make your wedding perfect!
Delivery-only package is perfect for couples who have friends and family who are assisting with the set up and service of your event. There is a $35-$50 delivery/set up fee that could be higher if we have to come and break down and pick up rentals.

Description of services:
Menu Price: The price includes food preparation; does not include the tax or delivery service. This would be the price of the meal – whether it is served or delivered. Prices are dependent on the minimum number of guests. The servers and the bar staff are there to help with prep work, set up, clean up and take down.
Labor Charge: This charge covers the labor to set, clear and serve the event for the hours specified in the menu. This does not include gratuity for bartenders or wait staff. (Wait staff $25/hr; Chef/Manager $35/hr; Bar back $15/hr).
Gratuity: 18% this is included in set menus. ( for servers only)
Sales Tax: State of Wisconsin – currently 6.1% (or send us your tax exempt certificate)
