Bar Staff- may be tipped by event holders or allowed to be
tipped by guests, it is customary to tip a bartender based on how many guests
you have.

Tastings- are $20.00 per
person and usually take place on Sunday or Monday nights. The $20.00 charge per person will come off
your final bill if you choose to go with us up to four people, after four
people it will not.
